Employers representatives as the teachers at Herzen University, Institute of economics and management. A plan of an educational program “Project management” was modernized and included disciplines that are carried out by the representatives of employers. These are the disciplines:
– “Communications and media technologies in management of the project”. Teacher: Egor Snopkovkiy, chief editor in Ltd “Octosoft”
– “Projects of creation of the new enterprises and start of new products”. Teacher: Tsyra Krupacheva, general manager in Ltd “Kvadrat”
In order of employers including in the program of training on project management the curriculum was upgraded taking into account requirements of the companies-partners of the educational program.
Start of a new electronic resource: the guide “Labor market – vacancies”! Employers of Saint-Petersburg, students and graduates of the Herzen Center of Employment Assistance for graduates of Herzen University “Bridge” took part in a meeting “Leaders’ meeting SPb“. Place: Mirror, Leninigradskiy Region. The students of the Institute of Economics and Management (HSPUR) worked there as leaders in children’s camps.

September, 2015. Series of educational workshops of Herzen University with partners. Series of educational workshops with the heads of inter-regional educational institutions in St.-Petersburg and the Republic of Sakha Yakutia were implemented with the participation of students of the educational program “Human Resource Management”. The purpose of the seminar – to discuss the best practices to attract employers into the process of designing educational programs, to identify the possibility of including the employer’s procedures for assessing students’ competencies. Methods – Reports, open mic, discussion forum, interactive modeling. The results of the meetings – a memorandum that reflects the management of interaction with employers in the region.
The beginning of October, 2015. Partnership of Herzen University and factories of Saint-Petersburg. The brewery “Baltic” and the factory “Coca-Cola” accepted students of the Institute of Economics and Management of Herzen University as visitors and gave them professional orientation classes. University and these factories organized a few business meetings to reach an agreement about taking seven students for educational practice.
