Seminar and Workshop: `Holocene sea-level reconstructions and palaeolandscapes` Venue: Chemicum (Ravila 14a, Tartu, Estonia), Apr 4-5, 2019 Seminar is addressed to doctoral and master students and also for researchers in Earth Sciences and Archaeology and is aimed to give knowledge on reconstructing the Holocene sea-level changes and paleogeography. Special focus is set on combination of on land and shallow offshore reconstruction techniques and different modelling approaches. Seminar consists of introductory lectures, poster session and workshops. During the workshops relevant coring- and on-and-offshore geophysical equipment as well as lab facilities will be demonstrated. Participants of the seminar a welcome to bring your posters and to present them during the seminar! Introductory lectures from the North Sea and Baltic Sea regions including ERC Advanced Grant holder Prof. Vincent Gaffney (UK) and Prof. Dmitry Subetto (Russia).
